Bourbon aged in tequila barrels sounds interesting. Bottling it at 101-proof even more so. Add in that the band Alice In Chains is behind it and we’re thirsty. Their unique bourbon is called All Secrets Known after the band’s 2009 song of the same name, and is made by FEW distilleries. This whiskey is certainly strong but as the distiller explains, the tequila barrel aging gives it a sweet spiciness with grassy notes of agave. We’ll take ours on the “rocks,” get it?
