Swatch and Blancpain Bring the Oceans to Your Wrist in this Follow-up to the MoonSwatch

Swatch is teaming up with Swiss watch designer Blancpain to bring you a truly eye-catching and unique collection of timepieces, the Bioceramic Scuba Fifty Fathoms Collection.

Each watch draws inspiration from the five great oceans and the singular creatures that live there:

• The Pacific Ocean model is a gorgeous yellow-and-black evocative of the Chromodoris Kuiteri sea slug’s bright colors.
• The Atlantic Ocean model is a bold mixture of dark and light blues evocative of the Glaucus Atlanticus mollusk, also known as the Blue Dragon.
• The Antarctic Ocean model is a cool white and gray evocative of the Tritoniella Belli nudibranch.
• The Arctic Ocean model is a vibrant orange with hints of beige evocative of the Dendronotus Frondosus bushy backed nudibranch.
• The Indian Ocean model is a striking green and black with hints of startling orange evocative of the variable neon slug.

While each model features unique colors, the watch’s construction remains the same: 42.3mm in diameter, 300m water-resistant, and featuring rotating bezels, gradient dial plates, Grade A Super-LumiNova coating on the hands and indices, and anti-magnetic protection.

The watches are also powered by Swatch’s SISTEM51 mechanical movement for maximum accuracy even in the depths of the ocean.
