Mercedes-Benz Keeps the Two-door Coupe Alive with the New CLE for 2024

Amidst an avalanche of coupe SUVs, here is the real thing: a proper stylish coupe. There have not been many of this kind lately and it is a shrinking segment while Mercedes-Benz will still cater to it with its new CLE Coupe.

This replaces the old E and C-Class coupe while the swoopy proportions are a mix of both. While the front-end is like a C-Class, the rear mimics the new E-Class along with typical smooth Mercedes surfacing.

Turbocharged four- and six-cylinder engines are found on the CLE with a standard 9-speed automatic.

The interior gets a vertical touchscreen slightly angled towards the driver plus an AMG-like steering wheel.

Prices would be revealed closer to its 2024 launch date but expect it to be priced higher than the earlier C-Class coupe.
