The SOLIX battery storage systems will be available in a range of sizes, but the largest will be nearly on par with a compact fridge. On their own, they’ve got power enough to keep all the appliances in your home running for a few hours.

But what makes them particularly useful is the ability to daisy-chain them together. Connect a few into a multi-unit system, and you can have up to 180 kWh of power, which is enough for a week’s worth of electricity.

The lithium iron phosphate batteries will also be compatible with existing solar energy systems, both those offered by Anker and its competitors.
