For nighttime runners, you’ll love the combination of an ultra-bright, full-color AMOLED screen (with after-dark display options) and a built-in flashlight (with multiple lighting modes, including a red strobe).

Anyone who plays recreational sports will be glad to know the watch comes with a lot of new pre-loaded activities, horseback riding, racquet sports, basketball, and soccer now added to the list.

Fitness-tracking metrics include endurance and hill scores, and you’ll even receive notifications of points of interest along your route.

Thanks to the addition of weather map overlays, you can plan your running or cycling trip not only for the elevation and altitude you’ll encounter, but also the heat, cold, wind, rain, or snow along the way.
