Ooni doesn’t just bring your pizza oven indoors; it actually sizes it small enough to fit on your kitchen countertop.

The Volt 12 is sized to cook or heat up a 12-inch pizza (on its 13-inch surface), with an all-electric heating system that can hit 850 degrees (the right temperature to cook Neapolitan-style pizza) in just 20 minutes.

Built-in sensors will shut the oven off after 45 minutes if you forget to switch it off after cooking, and the combination of a powder-coated carbon steel body and “advanced” insulation (unspecified) make it perfectly safe to use indoors even on wooden kitchen countertops.

Thanks to the front-mounted control panel, you can take control of every aspect of the cooking: from temperature to time to heat balance.

There’s even an “optional boost function” that quickly re-heats the oven so you never have to wait long before putting the next pizza in to cook.

At 40 pounds, it’s far from the most portable solution, but it’s the ideal choice if you want to always have pizza hot and ready with as little fuss (or cleanup) as possible.
