Dickies Updates Two of its Most Popular Jackets with Waxed Canvas

Dickies is stepping up the durability of their popular jackets, the Eisenhower and Chore Coat models, by adding the extra protection of wax atop the tough cotton canvas. The result: sturdier, more versatile, more water-resistant coats that will last longer and grow more beautiful with every year of use.

The waxed canvas used for these Dickies coats has all the toughness of standard canvas, but the wax finish will develop a lovely patina with wear, making each coat utterly unique to its wearer. Plus, the wax finish shrugs off water and damp and adds an extra layer of wind-proofing to keep out the cold.

Added to Dickies’ amazing durability, versatility, and comfort, it’s a menswear upgrade that makes these two coats truly epic items of workwear you’ll be glad to have on the job site, doing chores around the house, or cold-weather camping.
