The impossible has happened but it isn’t as tragic as it seems as the new Ferrari Purosangue is a not an SUV in the way that you expected it to be while staying true to the company ethos. Underneath that svelte design, lies a gigantic 715 horsepower naturally aspirated V12 wrapped around a new 4WD system plus all the technical wizardry that is also seen on the SF90 and 296 GTB.
This is a proper four-seater with the practicality of rear-hinged doors. The cabin is sci-fi but immensely luxurious as well. In-fact, Ferrari does not call in an SUV at all and we do agree somewhat as it opens an entirely new segment of all-weather sports cars.
