Sony stepped up its wireless speaker game with its latest announcement: IP67 water and dust-proofing, more balanced, better-pressured sound, and reduced distortion in all three of its newest models.
The largest of the trio is the XG300 ($350), which packs a serious punch thanks to its MegaBass feature to boost the low ends for driving beats. The mid-sized SRS-XE300 ($200) lets you sync with multiple speakers so you can turn any room or space into a party with surround sound. The smallest of the lot, the SRS-XE200 ($130), is designed for maximum portability, featuring a compact shockproof, waterproof, and dust-proof design that still delivers truly impressive, loud sound.
All three feature a line-shape diffuser and X-Balanced drivers that maximize sound quality, clarity, and balance. For the price, you won’t find many better portable wireless speakers on the market.
