DeLorean Sets a Date for its Re-born Electric Supercar

Remember DeLorean? The iconic movie car which is immersed in our culture is now coming back; albeit in an electric avatar. The re-born DeLorean EV concept will make its global debut on August 18th at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

The concept is a modern take on the DMC-12 (the actual name of the original show car) while Italdesign will be responsible for penning those lines. As for now, an image of the tail-lamps shows how it doffs its imaginary cap at the original model. Stay tuned for more.
