Ressence Celebrates 10-Years with Innovative “Hourglass” Automatic

To celebrate its first decade of watchmaking innovation, Ressence has created a commemorative edition automatic called the Type 1 Slim X. Its sleek 42mm case has no crown—but a mechanism in the case-back that functions for both winding and setting. The dial is marked by several rotating disks, the brand’s signature Ressence Orbital Convex System (ROCS), which gives it a distinctive modern look that also resembles an hourglass as the disks rotate.
