Netgear’s Nighthawk Routers Came From The Future

The next-level in wi-fi is coming. The 802.11ax standard will be known simply as Wi-Fi 6 and will deliver improved speeds. Netgear is already ready with the hardware: the high-end Nighthawk AX8 and Nighthawk AX12 routers. Their unique design allows the antennae to remain upright. The AX8 has two 4 x 4 antenna arrays, 5GB Ethernet ports, and supports 6GHz of wireless throughput. The AX12 has an 8 x 8 antenna array for its 5GHz network, plus a faster processor and a 5Gb Ethernet port.
