The inReach Mini from Garmin takes all the functionality of their popular inReach sat-comm device and packs it into a much smaller package; one that weighs just 3.5-ounces. It offers auto location tracking at designated intervals, two-way messaging, maps, NOAA weather charts, and updates plus sends an SOS emergency rescue signal to the GEOS. It also links with your phone—with no signal needed—allowing you to message all of the contacts in your phone.
