With a head made of hot-forged 1055 carbon steel and an extended “beard” design, inspired by traditional Viking axes, the Freyr Axe—designed by master blacksmith Elmer Roush for CRKT—is a burly, tactical tool built for a lifetime of chopping. Its 16-inch handle is made of Tennessee Hickory.
