Adidas Introduces Biology-based Design in the FORGEFIBER Alphabounce Runner

Adidas just unveiled its latest tech breakthrough in a limited edition Alphabounce runner. The upper is constructed using a proprietary TPU coated yarn, called FORGEFIBER with a weave developed through the study of biomimicry—replicating the random way that cell structures grow. The randomness provides strength & efficiency giving FORGEFIBER 30% more resistance than the average upper. The material responds differently to different types of movements—stretchy & breathable, plus strong and supportive.
