The latest release in Nike’s Metcon family of training-specific shoes is the DSX Flyknit. It’s designed to meet the demands of everything from strength & cardio workouts to elite level high-intensity training. In addition to features key for stability & durability, it features integrated Flywire and Flyknit at the mid-foot to provide a dynamic fit that locks the foot in place for running, cutting, jumping and lifting.
