In the film, the deranged commander gone MIA in the jungle wore a very unique Rolex GMT-Master which will soon go up for auction. During filming the watch was deemed “too nice” & the bezel was removed—and is still gone. The case back has a homemade engraving of M. Brando that the actor did himself. A very rare Rolex indeed.
