Emerging from 2020 lighter & more powerful is an impressive feat but Ducati’s legendary Monster has done it. The aluminum trellis frame of the 2021 Ducati Monster holds a more powerful version of the 937-cc Testastretta 11° twin; upgraded to output 111 horses with inspiring levels of torque, all while shaving 40-pounds off the weight. Insane, actually.
With the launch of the 2021 Tremor Edition, Ford is offering yet another new factory package in the F-150 lineup. This one is all about off-road upgrades but doesn’t go full Raptor. Powered by a 3.5-liter V6, the Tremor includes beefed-up suspension and shocks to give it a stance that’s an inch wider than stock plus there’s a bash plate underneath. Equipped with standard 4WD, it rides on 33-inch AT tires mounted on matte-finish 18s. The interior upgrades are pretty slick too.
California-based Zero Labs has developed the world’s first complete electric platform made for transforming classic gas-powered vehicles into clean energy heroes. The platform equips your ride with upgraded modern performance: 600 horsepower, 235-mile range, 2030 global emission mandate-ready, & they’re 250% more efficient than other e-crate swap kits. Blowing past Ford’s own originally projected performance numbers, the forthcoming 2021 Mustang Mach-E GT makes 480-horsepower & 600 lb-ft of torque. That’s good for 0 to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds and certainly worthy of the GT designation. The range on a full charge is a respectable 250 miles. Details like Brembo brakes, blacked-out 20s, & a carbonized black grill add a little extra sauce.
For 2021, Honda’s most enduring adventure bike, the iconic Africa Twin offers the proven performance of the CRF1100L motor and is very much the full-size, all-terrain global traveler but a lighter, leaner chassis & slim rally-style cockpit balance out its on & off-road versatility. For ’21 it’s offered in the tri-color paint scheme of the OG Africa Twin, which took four consecutive victories in the 1980s Paris-Dakar.

One that tears from 0 to 60 in 4.5 and sounds like a beast with its throaty dual-mode exhaust. Available only in four-door & finished in Unlimited trim, it offers full-time Selec-Trac 4WD & an 8-speed automatic transmission. Pricing for this desert-ready rig has not been released but being the most powerful Wrangler yet, it’s sure to be the priciest.
After years in development, Ferrari’s all-new 2021 SF90 Spider has finally arrived. Powered by a 986-horsepower hybrid drivetrain comprised of a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 & three electric motors, it is truly a super car, capable of 211MPH & 0-62 in 2.5 seconds. The fact that it also goes topless is another bonus. The top can open and close at speeds up to 30mph.
For Dodge, 2021 marks the 75th anniversary of its iconic Ram Power Wagon utility truck. To celebrate the milestone, they’ve created a special edition of the 2021 Ram 2500. Special anniversary features include 75th badges and branding, upgraded brown leather seats, and a blacked-out trim package. Available early 2021.

For 2022, Volkswagen has made their Golf R more powerful than ever—which is impressive considering its pedigree. Its fiery little turbocharged 4-cylinder twists up 315 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque, with a 6-speed stick as the sole tranny option. Sounds fun. Especially with 4Motion AWD that got upgraded to a gain a torque vectoring function for improved cornering control. Coming to America late 2021.
Paying homage the original “jeep,” the World War II Willys MB, the 2021 Jeep Gladiator Willys Edition offers upgraded suspension, beefy BFG’s, a limited-slip differential, and other off-road bits pulled from Rubicon models. The E-Fighter V2 from Droog is every bit the brutal, post-apocalyptic street fighter the upstart builder is known for. This new one is built off a Zero S platform & features a heavily chopped, bobbed, and modified look. To that end, Indian has created the eFTR Jr, an all-electric 36-volt mini-bike with a twist grip throttle & disk brakes. 2 power modes offer top speeds of 10-15 MPH & battery life is about 65-minutes on high power. Indian made sure to make it look like a classic V-twin—with tank, exhaust & design details that are more style than function—but this is a badass little bike to get the next generation hyped.
