Here’s a worthy recipe. It contains all three food groups: beer, steak, & cheese, & it’s simple. Reduce the stout over low heat & when it thickens up, brush it onto your skewered steak before grilling. At the same time melt butter and a bit of milk over low heat, slowly adding the gouda as it melts to ooey-gooey goodness.
