This is not the first bike we’ve featured from Beijing’s Bandit9 garage and likely won’t be the last. This low-slung street sweeper is a highly modified Yamaha XVS400. Stretched, lowered, & Batmanned out. Builder Daryl Villanueva calls the minimalist design of the Atlas “brutally simple,” and we have to agree. Anyone who can make a metric 400 look this mean is really onto something.
